MakaluMedia has provided corporate identity design services to UserScape Software, for the company logomark, website and web-based help desk application, HelpSpot. UserScape, founded by Ian Landsman, is near its release of a new, web-based help desk application, HelpSpot, based on Landsman’s experiences working with and managing help desk software tools.
UserScape selected MakaluMedia for logo design services based on prior design work. Landsman was pleased with his experience designing his logomarks, even writing a weblog post detailing his experience — complete with notes, sketches and final art.
