Coastal Capital Partners LLC, an American property acquisition and management company has selected MakaluMedia Inc. for the design and development of its forthcoming web application. The company, backed by a group of private capital investors, acquire and manage shopping malls within the south-eastern United States. The company’s web application will provide, in addition to general corporate information, details related to its property holdings, including tenant information and unit availability. A sophisticated back-end content management system will be developed allowing the Coastal Capital staff to configure and manage its properties, as well as inform and communicate with its investors.
