The European Organisation for the Exploitation of Meteorological Satellites (EUMETSAT) has selected MakaluMedia to provide Configuration Management consultancy support specifically regarding the IT Infrastructure to the EUMETSAT wide CMI (Configuration Management Initiative).
The consultancy support includes activities that are mainly focused in the identification and documentation of those parts of the CM Guide which are relevant to the IT Infrastructure and to the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) activities for the provision of the IT services and the support in identifying the strategies and best practices that could be adopted Organisation wide.
