Yeclar Immobiliaria SL has selected MakaluMedia for consultancy, design and development of a new real-estate web application, introducing a suite of innovative services that will position Yeclar as a front-runner in the competitive Spanish real estate market.
Says Filip Vercanteren, General Director of Yeclar, “While there is a large amount of competition in the Spanish real-estate service provision market, very few organizations are exploiting the innovative opportunities available through information technology. Yeclar has engaged MakaluMedia for the provision of strategic consulting, design and development of a new web-based system that will maximize the services and benefits we can offer to our customers. Obviously, at this point, I can’t go into all the details, but suffice it to say that we will soon be introducing services not seen before in this market. We feel that MakaluMedia, with its know-how and experience in formal service provision to major organizations such as the European Space Agency, is the right partner to help realize our strategic and technical objectives in this area.”
The Yeclar contract extends MakaluMedia’s operations within its new services branch, located in Marbella, Spain.
