MakaluMedia is excited to announce the launch of Fincalena.com, the company’s first major project in the real estate sector.
Fincalena, a Belgian-owned builder and property agent operating on the Spanish Costa del Sol, engaged MakaluMedia for the development of a website which would give them an edge in the highly competitive Spanish property market. The project, in which MakaluMedia worked closely with Fincalena General Director, Filip Vercauteren, involved the identification and implementation of innovated features and services previously unavailable in this market, as well as the adaptation of a powerful, easy-to-use content mangement system (CMS) under development within MakaluMedia, based on the latest Ruby-on-Rails/Ajax technologies.
